I had done my homework, been to other dealerships, and Keith Pierson won me over because they were willing to listen to my vehicle preferences, my budget, and they didn't dismiss my suggested price on my Highlander.... needless to say, they worked hard, they were kind, charismatic, and I ended up taking home a Highlander Limited Platinum. Poor Jon, he made a great deal, but had to deal with my price negotiations and life advice :) what a great young man, what a great team and dealership. I'm glad I traveled over 2 hours out of my way. 1 year checkup - Toyota Plan Made an appointment for my annual checkup.. They said it would take about an hour to hour and a half. In the beginning I thought they were thoughtful. Made an appointment for my annual checkup.. They said it would take about an hour to hour and a half. In the beginning I thought they were thoughtful. Text me to remind me of my appointment. I told them I would be there at appointed time. 10 am. Then I got a text from a Maada wanting me to check out the new cars and filling out a survey. Told her I would look but I have a new car. Then she texted me 2 more time, (got irritating) and wanted me to let her help me fill out a survey after my visit. uh.... help me? I thought a survey was private. Anyhow, my boyfriend is going to buy a new truck, and we looked at them. He likes the sports model with the scoop on the hood. NO one ever came outside to help us. So, we strolled, came inside sat down.... waited... after 3 hours I went to guy and they said he would check on it. Waiting, got fidgety...4 hours, I went back to the guy my appointment was with and he said just a few more minutes.... Well. took them 5 hours. Wasted my whole day and totally stressed my out. Even after I saw them pull my car out and parked it in the front, it was another hour and 6 minutes before they came and got me. I will never go back again. More
