We were greeted at the door by a friendly manger that instantly made us feel welcome and assigned us a salesman. There was no circling sharks fighting over us. Michael Hawkins was a pleasure to work with. He genuinely cared about us as a customer, our wants and the price range we were trying to stay in. He suggested vehicles for us to consider and never pressured us. He made us feel like we were talking to a friend and out us at ease. KEITH PIERSON TOYOTA NOT ONLY MET MY EXPECTATIONS, THEY FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! What a delight it was to be treated with courtesy, cheerfulness, and efficiency. I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the service department. I am only sorry that I did not buy my car there.
