Unacceptable Sales Tactics A few weeks ago, I requested an Internet quote on a vehicle that we were possibly interested in coming to see. I didn't include our phone number, bec A few weeks ago, I requested an Internet quote on a vehicle that we were possibly interested in coming to see. I didn't include our phone number, because I didn't want to be harassed on my cell phone. I included our email address, believing this was an acceptable manner to communicate. That same day, I received a text AND a voice message on my cell phone from Austin Baker. I have NO idea how he obtained my phone number. Over the course of the next week, "Susie" in customer service continued to email me and request my phone number, which made no sense, since I had already been contacted multiple times by that point, I emailed her back and requested that she discontinue communication, as we intended to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Since that email, they have phone me NUMEROUS times. "Jessica" left me a message earlier this week. The most recent call came at 8:36p.m. tonight. I believe this to be an unprofessional time to contact someone regarding a vehicle purchase.....especially after I specifically requested that they stop contacting me. My kids are sleeping and I don't know any business that calls at that time of night. These sales tactics are why people dread car shopping. I am so glad we have decided to go elsewhere. Don't go here if you wish to be harassed. More
Poor Service I went in today (1-9-17) for service on my 2007 Camry. I got & oil change, pcv valve & vehicle check. I was in at 10 AM & left at 1 PM. It appeared I went in today (1-9-17) for service on my 2007 Camry. I got & oil change, pcv valve & vehicle check. I was in at 10 AM & left at 1 PM. It appeared that my vehicle was finished in about 1 hour. Vehicle sat idle each time in looked in the service bay. Finally I went back to the service writer & asked what was going on. He had my paperwork & said they had found some additional items that needed service and wanted to ask me about doing them. I discussed these items with him and declined the additional work. From this point it took me over & hour to get my bill & have my vehicle brought around. After leaving I noticed my low tire pressure light was on & I called my service writer back to ask how to reset it. The call was made to him at 1:15 PM & I was told he was away from his desk but would be given my name & number to call back shortly. It is now 4:30 PM & I am still waiting on his call. Absolutely Awful Service I took my 2015 Sienna into Keith Pierson on 2 different occasion to try and get the USB port fixed because it is not recognizing USB devices and isn't I took my 2015 Sienna into Keith Pierson on 2 different occasion to try and get the USB port fixed because it is not recognizing USB devices and isn't charging phones correctly. After an entire day they failed to correct anything, picked me up an hour later then they I asked them to, so I was late for some afternoon meetings, and treated me with disrespect. I spent most of the day just trying to get a hold of someone there so I could find out the status of my van. I will never take any vehicle of mine back to this dealership for service and I will never purchase another vehicle from them. They will always find a way to get out of doing their job, even when the vehicle is under warranty. More
