Surprisingly nice experience We came in from Gainesville for a specific used Sienna we saw online. Made an appointment with someone over the phone for the next morning and were p We came in from Gainesville for a specific used Sienna we saw online. Made an appointment with someone over the phone for the next morning and were promised $500 off the advertised online price. When we got there, we were handed off to Austin instead of the person we had an apt with. Not sure why that happened, but Austin proved to be more than able to meet our needs. We were able to wait inside while he went to get the van and bring it up to the doors - a very nice thing in the summer heat with a 2 year old and infant. After mentioning a couple times that the price was supposed to be $500 less than the advertised online price since we made an appointment, I didn't realize until after we were at home that they did not give us the discount on the price. Thinking I would be wasting my time, I went back up there the next day and Mike Shoemake was more than willing to honor the verbal price agreement and we redid the paperwork. Needless to say, this surprised everyone that I had already mentioned the mistake to. Although we were a bit bitter that we didn't find out the car came with only 1 key (and extras cost over $200), honoring the $500 discount the day after the sale was closed more than makes up for that. I am happy to be able to write a good review and will refer people here because of that. Thanks, Mike and Austin! More
