Having had a great buying experience, their follow up has been top notch. I spent at least 3 hours in the show room because I was not prepared to purchase a car at that time so was a very tough customer. The sales staff had to educate me about the specific vehicle and never for a moment showed impatience during my decision making process. I'm in sales and was very impressed with the way they conducted themselves. Jeremiah Hersey gave exceptional service throughout and after the buying process. Very pushy talk into a car i could not afford I went in to trade my 2013 toyota to lower my payments by the time the financial person got done with me i was paying 118.00 more... I had put a down payment of 3000.00. the finacial person call me in 3 different times to change my contact after i took the car off the lot. Started at on $65 more a month by the time I came in on the 3rd time was up to 118.00. I told him I did not know if I could pay this much every month. He told me that my trade in was already gone and this is all he could do for me, He said after a year I could try and lower my payments through another company, (finance through Toytoa right now) The car I got was new 2014 camry... it did not have any of the new stuff that cames in a new car like the one I got before at Ernie Palmer Toyota . My alarm system on my new 2014 carmey was not factory it was a off brand. it only open doors and nothing else. I ask if I could get it change and the finacial person said yes, when i try they told me no in the serivces area.. i will never go back and get a car from Keith Pierson toyota as long as I live... These people were out to screw you. did not care that i could not afford the payments just keep promising things that was never done... I got so tierd of trying to get things work out I gave up.... I will refinance my car in a year to someone else so i want be screw again by this company.... I was going through family criss my dad has cancer and only has less then a year to live I keep telling the finance person I need to keep payments as low as I could so I could help him but I guess it did not matter to him..... More
