The best experience ever!!! This is the third time I have purchased a car from Keith Pierson Toyota. My experience was awesome. Kennedy has followed up with me to see if I was absolutely satisfied with my purchase. I feel as though I have made a friend at Keith Pierson Toyota. I love my 2015 RAV4 and will continue to come back in the future. I yesterday met with a lady who has the same vehicle as I. I asked her where she purchased. She said Keith Pierson. The Mission was Expected! It was a mission for a new ride for me. I started the day I brought my mothers car in for service.... Darryl saw me on sales floor looking at new cars. I just paid off my old one and I wasn't really sure if I wanted a new one, but honestly I did need a new one. So long story short I did some home work and research and I was armed and I wasn't going to back down from what I wanted! I ended up sending Darryl a email thy went something like this...... "Your mission- my new ride! This mission if you dare to take it on" well needless to say after leaving 2 times because I was sticking my grounds on what I wanted.... 3 rd time was the charm and I got what I wanted and for what I wanted to pay. I love the Camry 2015 XLE and I love how Darryl didn't push or hassle me. In all respects I hassled him because I wanted what I wanted. Still to this day Darryl dose check up on me and my car to make sure everything is going good. I appreciate that! This was the Best and Awesome car buying experience I ever had! More
