We were made to feel very welcome. The entire staff on hand at the time we arrived, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Adam expressed a genuine interest in helping us find the car we wanted. He did not try to shift us off on some car we did not want. Adam showed a real sense of professionalism, and understanding with all our dealings with him. When the deal was done, and we went to the financing manager for the paperwork end of things, we were met with the same professionalism, and desire to make our experience with them pleasant. The financial part of the deal even surprised us, as he found us a better financing deal than what we were already preapproved for on our own before we arrived. Push Button Tailgate Due to surgery on my right hand, it is weaker. I could not open the tailgate with one (the right) hand. I had to use both. I wanted the tailgate that Due to surgery on my right hand, it is weaker. I could not open the tailgate with one (the right) hand. I had to use both. I wanted the tailgate that would open with the push of a button, no strength required, that I saw on TV. So I traded in my 2014 Rav 4 (with only 2050 miles on it) for the 2015 Rav 4 Limited with the push button tailgate. The 2015 has sooooo much more than the tailgate, I love it and I am glad I bought it.. Darryl Carter was an excellent, knowledgeable salesman and he made buying our 2015 a pleasure. I also believe we got a great price.We have had multiple Toyotas in the past and we will continue to be loyal Keith Pierson Toyota customers. Definitely a Five-Star experience. More

Finally!!! Darryl is a consummate professional. His experience comingled with excellence, created a relaxed atmosphere for my car shopping and decision making. Darryl is a consummate professional. His experience comingled with excellence, created a relaxed atmosphere for my car shopping and decision making. With that said, Darryl's patience and steadfastness are astounding. For example, although we did not have an appointment with him, our wait period was met with lunch and periodic check-ins from Darryl. My family and I appreciated the kindness and accommodation. The actual buying experience was easy because once Darryl knew what I wanted, he steered me in the right direction, without hovering or swaying. Finally, the paperwork was prepared in a timely manner, and although Darryl's part was over, he was available in case I had any last minute questions. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to Keith Pierson Toyota looking for a particular vehicle I saw advertised on their website. First, the salesman that "attempted" to greet me wa I went to Keith Pierson Toyota looking for a particular vehicle I saw advertised on their website. First, the salesman that "attempted" to greet me was far from welcoming. He was very short in his responses and they came across as very sarcastic and demeaning. It's not like I have bad credit and looking for a giveaway I explained. I went to the dealership fully intending on buying a vehicle. I had to ask him 3 times for the vehicle's price before my sister spoke up and demanded he get me more information. He threw his head back like a child getting ready to throw a tantrum and starting walking towards the building. This salesman continued to make sarcastic comments along the way, like "if you really wanna, splurge why don't you buy this..". At that point I couldn't wait to speak with the manager but only to find he wasn't very helpful at all and turned down my business. I'm not a difficult person and all I wanted was just standard information on the car like anyone else would. I can promise it will not be doing business with Keith Pierson Toyota and neither should you. More
