TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to Keith Pierson Toyota looking for a particular vehicle I saw advertised on their website. First, the salesman that "attempted" to greet me wa I went to Keith Pierson Toyota looking for a particular vehicle I saw advertised on their website. First, the salesman that "attempted" to greet me was far from welcoming. He was very short in his responses and they came across as very sarcastic and demeaning. It's not like I have bad credit and looking for a giveaway I explained. I went to the dealership fully intending on buying a vehicle. I had to ask him 3 times for the vehicle's price before my sister spoke up and demanded he get me more information. He threw his head back like a child getting ready to throw a tantrum and starting walking towards the building. This salesman continued to make sarcastic comments along the way, like "if you really wanna, splurge why don't you buy this..". At that point I couldn't wait to speak with the manager but only to find he wasn't very helpful at all and turned down my business. I'm not a difficult person and all I wanted was just standard information on the car like anyone else would. I can promise it will not be doing business with Keith Pierson Toyota and neither should you. More

On 11-28-14, we decided to trade in my daughter's 2009 Nissan Altima and based on the service my wife received in the past Keith Pierson Toyota was our first choice to patronize. Toya Jones was our salesperson who was friendly and did'nt haggle with me once my daughter decided which vehicle she liked. Therefore, we purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry SE and so far my daughter is happy with the purchase. In addition, I liked the experience because I was only present at the dealership for approximately 2.5 hrs from purchase to financing. Furthermore, based on my above statement, I would rate my overall experince at Keith Pierson Toyota, on 11-28-14, as an excellent experience. More

On Tuesday Tom from Service called and scheduled the installation of a couple of accessories, and then on Thursday they were installed. What an outstanding experience all the way from start to finish! Great people with great communication skills and a no hassles; I could not have asked for a better experience! He definitely adds value to your team. I always appreciated his candor and guidance he always provided which ensured my Camry was always giving the great performance that it is known for. So in deciding to purchase another Camry, I was hesitant because of the process involved, But upon my arrival, Pamela Robinson,. greeted me, and set the tone for a pleasant experience. She showed professionalism and knowledge about the Camry, which was mainly my interest. She provided clear explanations about the updates to the 2015 models, and was patient in answering my many questions. She provided insight into helping me choose a vehicle color, which ended up better than the one I was going to choose initially, (as I had looked online before arriving). So, many compliments to Pam and she definitely gives a great picture and value for the Keith Pierson's team. Thanks PAMELA. I am enjoying my new Camry. Mike Shoemake was great in working the Finance side of the house. He definitely knows his job and was very helpful in working my loan with ease., with the end result being one I was happy with.
