Not only did the Keith Pierson service department fix it for free but they gave me a great deal on my new car. I met miss Jackie when I was looking for scion tcs. She showed me my options and tried to Taylor them to my needs the best she possibly could. After figuring out they just weren't doable for me she introduced me to my new car. A 14 Corolla s, stick shift. Not only did Jackie get the numbers that I wanted, but she didn't pressure me. She made me feel like I was one of her close friends and catered to my every need. I told Jackie I had to be at work in 2 hours so she made the deal happen in 1 hour. She even ran everywhere she went just to insure that I made it out on time. Every time I go back to the dealership for something she recognizes me and always checks on how I'm doing. She's, by far the best and friendliest saleswoman I've ever met. But, after sweet-talking me into it, we both went and met with Sales Associate Darryl Carter, Sr. I have always disliked all the pressure and hype from car dealerships, but our experience was so far removed from that. Darryl was professional and yet he had a great sense of humor; he answered all our of questions honestly and was never pushy. Another thing I noticed while we were there was that everyone in the dealership seemed to really enjoy being at work. There was no sense of the cut-throat competiveness that has been so pervasive at other places. We also had exceptional service from Bridget in financing. Bottom line, we love our Highlander and we really enjoyed the Kieth Pierson experience. More

Truly Exceptional Jackie, our sales associate, was truly exceptional. She took us to see the new Highlanders, which had just been taken off the truck and hadn't yet ma Jackie, our sales associate, was truly exceptional. My husband was extremely impressed with Jackie's knowledge of the Highlander and of her descriptions and explanations of the the vehicle. Our meeting with Lance in the finance department was another exceptional experience. The financing was handled very efficiently, smoothly and professionally. We appreciated the information that Lance was able to provide concerning all of our options as well as other available services, I.e., the service contract.
