Expect the Unexpected I walked into Keith Pierson not planning to purchase. Only to look. So I grabbed my husband and off we went to look at Rav4's and Priuses. The Rav4s struck a chord and we decided to test drive one. Our sales person Steve T., was patient, knowledgeable and gave us none of the annoying sales tactics you may find at other dealerships. The test drive was great and we went inside to discuss our next option. Again, my next option was to go home because I wasn't planning on purchasing right then and there. However, the sales person asked if I would like my current car looked over to consider as a trade and I figured I might as well, I was already there. The next thing I know the sales manager comes over and offers me a deal I could not refuse. No bickering back and forth. No one getting heated under the collar. Just a plain and simple out the door number. It was a great number because my Rav4 and I and my husband of course, left out the door with our brand new car. Hats off to the finance department for spending a late late late night making sure my husband and I received the best monthly payment and rate we would be satisfied with. Since then the entire team has been wonderful. Constant contact, making sure we are happy and satisfied customers. Good thing because I have family members needing new cars and I will absolutely refer them! Respect for their customers and no hassle sales bargaining. Love it. Thanks for knowing what quality customer service and good customer relations are all about. More

Amazed My husband and I needed a minivan because a family of six doesn't fit in a Honda Civic. We saw a commercial for Keith Pierson and we laughed because My husband and I needed a minivan because a family of six doesn't fit in a Honda Civic. We saw a commercial for Keith Pierson and we laughed because we found it hard to believe that customers were that happy, but we went to Keith Pierson Toyota just seeing what if anything we could do. Everyone was so wonderful. They did everything they could to help us. We left that day with a 2014 Sienna and are soooo happy with it. Two nights later, my husband and I were watching TV and a Keith Pierson commercial came on and I laughed again. My husband looked at me and said "whats so funny?" I said "the other day we laughed at this commercial because we couldn't believe the customers were that happy.......now we're those customers!" More
Not Happy at all I will try and make my experience short. I purchased a new car and was involved in a accident not even 24 hours later that totaled the car. I needed a car immediately due to work and newborn daughter. I had to get a rental due to the accident and was paying out of my pocket. (Worst luck) 2 weeks later my insurance company sent a check to Toyota to cover the vehicle (Car was totaled) or at least that is what I thought. This I was told from the Finance Manager that they did receive the check. In actuality they just received the check on 7/24. I finally was able to get a new vehicle (used) and thought everything was good to go. A week later I get a call saying that I need to have a co-signer or put $3,000.00 down to keep the vehicle. I was very surprised as I was told everything was good. They told me this had to be done that day or return the vehicle by the end of the business day. I signed all the paperwork and documents needed. This was very upsetting. I put my trust in the Finance Manager and Sales associate. When someone tells me something I am going to take their word. It might sound naive of me, but with the way they helped me how could I not take their word. I brought the car back to them and purchased a new 2014 vehicle from another dealer. I am still upset about how I was lied to. They can say whatever they would like, but the handling of this matter was uncalled for and completely wrong. I do not have the best credit, but if they would have told me upfront that I was not approved none of this would have happened. I understand they have to find a lender, but a week later I get a call to bring the car back or $3,000.00 is unethical and uncalled for. I will never do business with them and will never recommend anyone to Keith Pierson. More
Surprisingly Pleasant Car Buying Experience We stopped by Keith Pierson Toyota during our search for a new car. We buy a new every several years. We have preconceived ideas about car salesman. We stopped by Keith Pierson Toyota during our search for a new car. We buy a new every several years. We have preconceived ideas about car salesman. It isn't usually a pleasant experience. The hard sell doesn't work for us. We are old and set in our ways. We have bought a lot of cars and we do research. We didn't expect to buy a car, that day, we were just pricing. We knew exactly what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. We knew about how much we wanted for our trade. We met a young salesman, Reggie Jackson, who we told what we wanted and that we didn't want to play games, of running back and forth between, him and his manager. He said he understood and they were going to make this as good experience. To my surprise, this young man, did exactly what he said. We got the car we wanted, at a great price and the trade, was at a very fair price. There was no haggling over anything. Brian Honeyman, stayed late to do our paperwork, so we wouldn't have do it, when we picked up the car. The customer service has been great. Reggie has followed up on some minor body work that needed to be fixed and coordinated the appointment with service. We had a problem that required the car to be towed. It wouldn't start and I called Reggie, on a Sunday morning and they had a tow truck come to my house. He talked to the Service Department and they said they would look at it immediately and have it back as soon as possible. It was ready and they had a driver pick me up within 2 hours. It happened to be a bad battery (513 miles) which they replaced. They said it was rare but not impossible. I am so happy with the dealership and their employees. I would absolutely recommend Keith Pierson Toyota! More
