DO NOT SELL OR BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have had two bad experiences with this dealership!!!! First was about 6 mths ago when I went in to buy a used 4runner I saw online. They told me it was fully checked and a safe vehicle for my family. After looking over the car I noticed the pin stripping was missing on the driver side door. The salesman and I then noticed the car had been wrecked on the left side. They denied they knew it was damaged. I almost bought that SUV. Glad I didn't now. I fell sorry for the person that did buy the 2011 black 4runner limited edition. Your car has been wrecked. Today I receive a call from a Adam saying he would purchase my 2008 Tundra crewmax near my asking price if I was to bring it in for them to look at. He said if it was as clean as it looked online they would buy it from me. He stated that customers had been in looking for my exact truck. I live an hour and a half away and this is my day off to spend with my family, I decided to once again trust the dealership. SHAME ON ME!!!! I drove an hour and a half in the rain to find out they were going to low ball me below the actual trade in value for my vehicle. This was $7,000 less than I was asking for my vehicle. If he would've been upfront with me on the phone I could have saved myself 4 hours and the gas money. My truck is in mint condition buy the way. No reason for the low ball. Clean car fax and never even smoked in. More

At first I was not sure about buying a new car, and I heard the radio commercial about the Toyotathon, then I saw a Keith Pierson Billboard. I decided to go to visit this dealer, but to find a good deal heard the radio commercial about the Toyotathon, then I saw a Keith Pierson Billboard. I decided to go to visit this dealer, but to find a good deal on a used car, because I have never bought a brand new car and I was a little nervous about buying a new one. I want to thank Toyota for giving the opportunity to have such an amazing brand new car, and thanks for giving me a great deal. I love my new Corolla 2014, and I am glad I listened to my mother when she told me that " Toyota car are the best out there", and I agree!!! First of all let me start by saying that our Family has purchased 5 vehicles from your Dealership. I would like to say the only reason I did not give an overall experience rating of a 5 is, when I go to a purchased 5 vehicles from your Dealership. I would like to say the only reason I did not give an overall experience rating of a 5 is, when I go to a car lot to buy a new or used car I like to LOOK at several options. In my recent visit I was told we (the customers) are not allowed to walk around the car lot and look at the different vehicles. The Sales Associate has to bring what they think you want up to the doors for you to look at. I was unsure of what I wanted so I requested to look at the used cars, we had to be driven just a short distance to view the cars and then all the cars were locked. The Sales Associate had to walk back inside and get one set of keys at a time, I understand locking the cars, but the walking back each time takes a lot more time to get to look at the cars. We were told it was for customer service. My husband wanted to leave and go somewhere else because we wanted to look around at different cars befor we decided. The reason we did not leave was I really like dealing with your dealership and Quartisa Edwards was Outstanding. She did everything she could to make us feel valued as a customer. I will be buying a new car in the near future, but I want to be able to look freely at the different options, so i hope this will be different next time. You truly do have a great Dealership, but just think this policy needs to be reviewed. Thank You More

I was hesitant about coming back. We had a bad experience the first time we purchased our 2010 Corolla. I walked in and was treated like family. The salesman was friendly but used very hard-sell techniques and it was an exhaustive experience. In total, it took us 4 very long visits over a week and a half to wind up with the SUV we have. With the first vehicle, we requested a price comparison between the Highlander SE and Highlander Plus models 3 times but were ignored. When we took the vehicle back for some accessories, we found out that the mileage on the new vehicle we were sold was not accurate. We had to go through this all again. Finally, everything was corrected to our satisfaction. The dealership made sure we had the vehicle we wanted. The finance manager and the service manager were very professional and we look forward to have our vehicle serviced there. More
Marcus was outstanding, I originally came into get my 2007 Toyota Camry serviced and the mechanic noticed there was a repair that would have cost me at least $1500. After being shocked with that news I went around the corner and noticed my first Sales Manager Chris Jordan (Keith needs to make sure to keep his talent!!!) and told him what had happened. He said have you thought about trading it in, and at the time I really never thought about it. He introduced me to Marcus Ratcliff and I was quickly impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. After speaking to Marcus and test driving the 2013 Camry SE I had to have it. I would definitely recommend Keith Pierson Toyota and especially Marcus Ratcliff & Chris Jordan.
