I’m pretty disappointed with the experience I had with the service department at Kellar Motors. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM expecting it to be looked at within a reasonable timeframe. After waiting 5–6 hours, my car still had not even been serviced. When I asked about the delay, I was told that I needed an appointment, even for a simple oil change. This was frustrating because that requirement isn’t posted anywhere in the service department or on their website, so there was no way to know that ahead of time. What made the situation worse was that I didn’t receive any updates during the entire time I was waiting. If appointments are required, especially for basic services like an oil change, that should be clearly communicated to customers up front so they can plan accordingly. I hope management looks into this and improves the communication process for customers. I’d be happy to update this review if the situation is addressed. More
This is the only place I take my car for service. They never disappoint. Usually I am in and out pretty quick (about 1 hr.). This time it took a little longer (about 3 hours). Eric Bejar was my service advisor. He was professional and friendly. I waited for my car on Monday. He was a great help about checking on the delay. Thank you Eric Bejar! More
In May 2022 I pre-ordered a Cadillac Lyriq. The pre-order went to Keller Motors. Keller Motors informed me that they had a $30,000 MSRP adjustment on the Cadillac Lyriq. Unfortunately that meant the purchase price would be $94,990 which exceeded the budget we had to buy a new vehicle. We had to go elsewhere to get a car. More
Pretty easy car purchase. Sales reps and finance sort of shady tried to add a warranty without consent, tried to get me to sign without going over financing terms. Basically they didn't go over anything just had you sign everything quickly... tried to overlook the principal balance on the loan terms. Poor Service! I purchased a Black Label Lincoln with them. I called and scheduled an oil change and asked them to look into my volume button not working since it i I purchased a Black Label Lincoln with them. I called and scheduled an oil change and asked them to look into my volume button not working since it is under warranty. With the Black Label, car pick up and drop off, oil change, tires balance and rotated, and cleaning is supposed to be an added bonus with the purchase. The pick up went as planned, I was called and told there is nothing wrong with my volume, which in fact after insisting he check for himself there is an issue. I was then called and told they had completed my oil change and tires rotated and balanced and I would be transferred to make payment. After questioning why I was paying when I have a Black Label under warranty I was put on hold, transferred, told they would have to look into it and then finally called back and told that I was correct and that I should not be changed. My car was returned and I was handed my keys only later to find out that my car was not washed and vacuumed. I received the absolute worst customer service from their service department. They did not want to fix items under warranty, they tried to charge me, and they did not fulfill the Black Label guarantee. More

Felipe fought to get us the best price we had to crunch numbers and they came at it from every angle. We left with a wonderful and beautiful safe car for our family. Look for Felipe when you get there he is friendly and give you a great experience. More
