Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever worked with. Purchased a car after 4 hours of waiting for the paperwork to be processed. Received a call back 67 days later to renegotiate the current contract. Would agree to pay $35/ month more for 6 years, so ended up returning the vehicle. Of course, without establishing an account after multiple credit checks (hard inquiries) I lost over 50 points on my credit score. Customer service and finance management are horrible to work with. Was initially offered $3500 for my trade-in. Eventually, offered $7,500. Insulting lowball offers. And pushy staff. More

Now almost 2 months later we are dealing with them again because of more financial problems! Horrible customer service from the financial person we worked with as he interrupted and talked over me the entire time I was trying to talk to him over the phone. More

The final deciding factor to never return was when I was denied the benefits of an expensive extended warranty sold by them at the time of vehicle purchase. I was forced to pay an independent mechanic just over $1000 to fix a blindingly obvious warranty issue that Keller motors refused to take care of that was plainly outlined as a covered part/service under the guidelines of the extended warranty they sold with the truck before it left the lot brand new. They also failed to complete recall work ordered by General Motors in the form of a faulty trailer hitch according to the notice I received from gm in the mail. I once had them go so far as to keep a different truck of mine for well over a month because they refused to back their own work on a job they did that never fixed the problem in the first place. That one cost me a little under $2500 to fix their incompetence. Im embarrassed at the lack of communication between the service, finance, and sales departments! I have found that if you're there to spend money you are the center of attention but if a problem comes up you are a burden to them. They have had more than their fair share of opportunities to make up for their shortcomings therefore I will NEVER return and I will never recommend them for any reason! More
