This was my third trip on a faulty brake caliper. The first time in the tech grease the pins and clean them up. Brake caliper acted up again a few months later. Tech said the caliper looked OK. I end The first time in the tech grease the pins and clean them up. Brake caliper acted up again a few months later. Tech said the caliper looked OK. I ended up replacing both front brake lines seem to work for a little while few months or so. Brake caliper started holding up again at this point. I was really frustrated. I told management that I was not paying for a Motorcraft caliper that should've been put on the first place. But the tech that worked on my truck was also the one that worked on it in the past he does very good work. And I did walk out without paying for that caliper and labor. More

Poor timely updates or no updates at all. Hard to get ahold of service advisors and managers. Main kelley phone operator was extremely rude.
