First the dealership is well setup. The people there were very nice and professional. Bad service, took my truck there many times for the same issues, never recorded my visits or gave me print outs for my visit. Still having issues and now most recently an OIL leak possibly from the trans oi issues, never recorded my visits or gave me print outs for my visit. Still having issues and now most recently an OIL leak possibly from the trans oil line they replaced. I would never bring it back there again. I called a Chevy dealer near me and made an appointment to bring it in under warranty service to have them look at it. Made a complaint to GMC Corporate who is now tracking the service on what is done. Gave me a case number and with hopes will get it fixed. If not I will file a Lemon Law claim which GMC said for me to do if I cannot get it resolved. More
