I went in for an oil change, Matt Peters was most helpful. Upon entering the service Bay, it was determined that I needed an alignment, And I authorized that to be done. These are not there due to an accident that I had a year and a halfago and Kelly body shop did not replace those With the rest of the work. The insurance claim is now closed, so this repair will cost me over $550. More
