The salesman was way too pushy about adding services like maintenance plans. Once I said I didn't want anything extra it should have been dropped. Instead he kept pushing and making it seem like I had to pur maintenance plans. Once I said I didn't want anything extra it should have been dropped. Instead he kept pushing and making it seem like I had to purchase these items to buy the van. Only when I said I was leaving did he say I didn't have to purchase it. To me that is poor customer service! More

As a family we have bought a few vehicles over the years and compared to some different places around the country we have used they are very helpful and patient.
