Their service is second to none, however I continue to be disappointed in all dealers pushing services that may not be needed or maybe not so soon. I understand the need to make a good profit, but there is sometimes a slippery slope from that need driving potential gouging. As a mechanical engineer who spent his entire career in the areas of Quality, Reliability, Safety and Product Development of commercial trucks and busses, I can get offended if pushed too far in buying every possible service option.
