Whenever I need service, the parts department doesn't have the part I need and they have to order it. After waiting over 3 months for the last problem to be fixed, (Headlight flicker), I have now been w have the part I need and they have to order it. Really, in the year since I purchased this vehicle, I've had a fully functioning vehicle about half of the time. More

I came fn for 2 recalls. They were not prepared for the engine recall. Which they did have any authorizing to do the recall yet.
