To my surprise, I saw Good Afternoon! Recently, I had the pleasure of walking into Kelly BMW with the express purpose of simply, LOOKING/BROWSING! To my surprise, I saw a familiar face working as a sales associate in the dealership. We exchanged pleasantries, talked about "old times" and how attractive the cars were on the showroom floor. Additionally, the sales associate discussed the advantages of owning a BMW automobile.I really thought that I would not return anytime soon because I had so much admiration for the LEXUS vehicles. However, we exchanged e-mails about what was offered at the dealership and one vehicle caught my fancy. As fate would have it, I exchanged e-mails with the sales associate regarding the vehicle in question and I returned to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and believe it or not, purchased the vehicle, just yesterday. The sales associate was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and spent time, during the delivery process, rendering the most comprehensive tutorial I have ever witnessed.
