Mr. Rittenhouse was friendly when he thought we were going to buy a vehicle from him. When the dealership could not get to an acceptable price for us, he mistakenly sent an insulting email which was me going to buy a vehicle from him. When the dealership could not get to an acceptable price for us, he mistakenly sent an insulting email which was meant to be sent internally to his management, but sent it to me instead. Obviously this must be an acceptable approach to a customer within this dealership. I wonder how the dealership could to be successful? We do own another BMW but hardly believe that we would consider servicing it at this dealership! More

I love my X3. I can't believe I didn't consider a BMW purchase before now. It rides so smooth and with all the perks the vehicle offers it makes my ride heavenly. Anyone who has ever purchased a BMW knows there is not a lot of wiggle room with pri knew on this particular visit that my biggest concern was price. Nevertheless, after coming to an agreement on price David phoned me the next day to say he had found a way to lower the price a bit more. I think most sales associates would have been happy with the sale and just walked away. David went the extra mile to find a bit more.
