Great experience from beginning to end for the following reasons: 1. The quoted sales price was spot on the first time; they didn't insult my intelligence as a car buyer by playing the "price game" to reasons: 1. The quoted sales price was spot on the first time; they didn't insult my intelligence as a car buyer by playing the "price game" to arrive at a mutually agreeable point. 2. NO hidden fees were baked into the lease agreement by the dealership (i.e. preparation fees, inventory fees, etc.). Financial details were clearly explained, and they even arranged for my out of state registration/plates. 3. The vehicle walk through was amazing! I never felt that the sales rep was pressed for time, and he went through every feature the car had to offer. He even set up SiriusXM, and BMW Assist while I was there in person in case there were questions. Overall, very pleased and I would certainly refer friends/family to the dealership for future business. Well done, Kelly BMW! More

Kelly BMW and Tim Rittenhouse have sold us four BMW's over the past several years. They have always been very respectful, honest, and professional....and they have very fair pricing compared to bigger d over the past several years. We have considered other brands, but the new car buying experience at Kelly BMW, and Tim Rittenhouse specifically, keeps us coming back. The service department also bends over backwards to keep people happy. They actually make buying and owning a BMW a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Tim in particular as has made all of our new car buying (and trade-in) experiences fun and exciting. More

David Migliori was extremely thorough in reviewing the attributes of the auto; he left no questions or concerns unanswered. He started the review of the models we were interesed in with the lowest accessoried/cost vehicle and then proceeded to the vehicles with more accessories. With his detailed, deliberte review, he "left no stone unturned" and we had no questions or concerns regarding our choice. There was NO PRESSURE to complete the transaction, nothing at all that would indicate this was an auto retail establishment--considering the sterotypical auto sales place that I have regretfully experienced in the past. We left happy with our purchse, happy with the way we were treated, happy to have exprienced Kelly BMW, and happy we met Dave Migliore, a truly exceptional and customer friendly professional! More

As a car idiot like me, only know it is a great car but not knowing how great it is, David easily gave us an easy, un technical terms, and car parts. A colleague and I stopped in for a test-drive of a convertible that we saw and Tim was more than cordial to allow us the experience. More of an education than a sales pitch, Tim gave very informative details of both the pre-owned as well as the sparkly new model. While looking for a car for myself, my friend was so impressed with Tim's courteous and non-pressure stroll around the dealership that we both will continue to have Kelly BMW as the place of final purchase.
