He helped us decide that leasing was the better way to go and we are so much happier that we didn't need to do any loans. We never leased before andwereglad to hear him cover all options. Mr, Paxos was knowledgeable about everything we asked and when the car was delivered, he set up our onstar, and explained the options on the menu. we felt out of all the dealers we visited and salespersons we spoke with, we made the right decision with GMC and are very happy with our choice. They will get it done! I was shopping for a new car due to my vehicle being totaled in a highway collision. I knew that I wanted an AWD vehicle and something a bit larger than what I had previously had. We looked online and saw a 2013 Buick Encore for sale at Kelly and decided to stop by. Nick greeted us while we were browsing the lot in a friendly, but not aggressive (as some salespeople can be) way. He showed us where the car was located and told us about the features and reviews etc. I had researched the car to the extreme the night before and everything he said was spot on. I liked that he was so honest with us and at that point, I decided that if the test drive went well, I would buy the car. The test drive went well. He had my husband drive the highway portion and took us to a development where I could drive in a less crowded area, per my request. I was very nervous after my car accident and he was very understanding and accommodating to me. We went into the dealership to look at numbers and I was pretty sure everything was going to be smooth sailing at that point. Unfortunately, my credit score came up as non-existent for everything except Experian. It was dormant for Transunion and Equifax. At that point, I was 100% sure, that I was not going to get the car but they worked with me and I was able to get the car that I wanted and still pay within my targeted range without an insane interest rate. I will definitely be headed back to Nick in the next year or so when my husband decides to get a new car and I have been telling everyone that I know who is looking for a vehicle to go see him. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly, not to mention hardworking, go into Kelly and ask for Nick. You will not be disappointed. More

Proud GMC Owner I brought my GMC Acadia in for a transmission issue. LeeAnn put me in a rental car right away and was very sweet and patient with me. She even introduced me to him. I liked knowing that the person who was working on my vehicle had the experience and knowledge that I was paying for. My transmission overhaul was done in promptly two days. She called me several times with updates. Best of all, my car is working better than ever. Very Impressed We were having allot of issues with our 2013 Ford CMAX and a 2007 Kia Sedona. We were under and no one would give us enough to get us out of this car. We went in there with what we wanted. We had left because we couldn't get what we needed. About an hour after we left we received a call from Nick saying they can put us what we want, so we went back in on a Monday and left with exactly what we were looking for and around what we were willing to pay. Usually, car salesman are very aggressive and overbearing. I was blown away by how friendly, helpful and understanding Kevin was. I was just there window shopping-most salesman would try to convince me to buy a car or leave when I told them I wasn't interested in buying. Not Kevin though! He was able to create an environment comfortable enough for me to be honest about not wanting to purchase a vehicle. Most people would have left me alone knowing they wouldn't have gotten a sale, but Kevin helped me out of kindness and care and that meant so much to me as a consumer. Even though I am not in the market to buy a new car, when I am, I will definitely come back to see him for my next purchase. Thank you! More
