My difficult life was made much easier! When it came to trading in my 2017 jeep compass for a 2019 Acadia SLT I was under a massive amount of stress and aggravation being due with my 3rd chi When it came to trading in my 2017 jeep compass for a 2019 Acadia SLT I was under a massive amount of stress and aggravation being due with my 3rd child at any given moment. However, Brian Kates and Matt Kelly worked together to ensure I got EVERYTHING I wanted in my new vehicle from the model, to the exterior color with a specific interior color (which might I add, they didnt have on their lot), one with certain seats, to even installing a TV for my 3 young children to enjoy! They put in the most effort I've ever witnessed at any dealership to find and search for the exact car I wanted within a matter of a 48 hours. Which ordering a car usually takes WEEKS. I will admit I was a difficult and picky customer who had certain needs and requirements on a specific timeline. Both those gentlemen were patient, respectful, helpful and all around awesome guys to work with! I love my brand new 2019 Acadia and if it weren't for their hardwork and dedication to making me and my family happy, I'd still be stuck in a jeep a hated. Big big thanks to them! For everything!
