I was looking for a very specific car, color, year, and options and was not going to settle for anything else. I appreciate that Howard kept my information on file and only contacted me when something tha options and was not going to settle for anything else. Even though it took over a year I feel confident that I purchased just the "right" car. In the past other salesmen I worked with tried to show me cars that were of no interest to me in an attempt to make a sale. I found this bothersome and a waste of my time. From the moment my wife and I arrived everyone we talked to from the owner to his wife to the sales person to the manager were better than I expected even though they came highly recommended. We were very impressed with Marc Gagliardi. He listened to our inquries about the new ATS. Even thought they didn't have one at the dealership, he called when it came in for us to test drive. We went for the test drive and we very impressed with Marc's knowledge and no pressure sales. How refreshing! We looked at a different model and it was love at first site.
