On 10/17/16, I called my sales person Marcus to see why I did not recieve my permanent plates, registration and title. I was told that he was sorry and there was a mix up, they were still st the dealership. He stated he would make sure I had them by Tuesday 10/18/16. He said he would send them overnight. I did not recieve anything on Tuesday and loss a day of work awaiting the package. On 10/19/16, I called the dealership and spoke to Michelle who said I would have them by 300pm. Again I did not recieve anything and loss another day of work awaiting. At 300pm I called the dealership and spoke with Joel who told me Marcus was wrong and said he was new. I told him Marcus was not new because he was there a month ago. He said I would recieved the package with the plates by close of buisness. This run around is so disheartenong. I have already missed 2 days of work and maybe will miss tomorrow to. Dealership doesn't seem to car at all. I emailed manager Jim who did not even respond or have someone call. Horrible customer service after I purchased auto. Very disappointed and I caution future buyers and lesee as this or worse could happen to you.

Grace I apologize for the delay with your license plates and that you thought I was not responding to you. Marcus was in my office when he was on the phone with you - we had gone to the title clerk together to find out the status. He notified you in front of me that the plates were being sent out so I thought the matter had been handled in a way that didn't require me picking up the phone. I'm sorry if that wasn't the case. I'd like you to reach out to me on my personal cell phone, 484-239-0147, and let me know if you've received the plates.
