Overall Good but Almost walked out Well overall I had a very good experience. My salesman Robert Crail did an excellent job showing me the vehicles I wanted to see and explaining the di Well overall I had a very good experience. So once my wife and I decided on what vehicle we liked, Robert once again moved the deal right along and didn't waste alot of our time, which we greatly appreciated. So now the whole deal is made and all we have to do is get the paperwork done and out comes the finance guy Brian Reichenbach. At first Brian seemed fine, then he comes back with all the extras, warranties, gap insurance and so on. Where i realize this is part of his job, he does not need to get angry when I state that I'm not interested. After I stated that he continued to go on to the next thing and I once again stated the same thing. Then after a few words were exchanged between him and I where I explained that I still have 4 years 60,000 left on the warranty. He gets up and storms away while saying "well somebody traded this car in for a reason" which if I would not have known the prior owner leased it, would have led me to believe there was a problem with the vehicle that I was purchasing. At that moment I was ready to leave, but my wife really liked the vehicle and my orginal salesman was great. Oh yeah forgot to mention after our little dispute Brian Reichenbach sat down talking to a co-worker while holding my paperwork up for atleast 1 hour. So where I would recommend this dealership, If I buy another car from there, I will make sure that Brian Reichenbach has nothing to do with any of my transaction. More
