Me and my husband decided to go to the car dealer with the anticipation of just looking. Haha! He was very friendly and very understanding we explained that due to a job loss and a few other problems we had a few late payment and our credit had suffered. He explained that there may be a way to help us get financed so we decided to give it a try. Joey was so patient with us as we were so undersided about buying a new car. He explained the terms that were available as well as the rebates on all the cars. We chose to test drive a Dodge Avenger. We fell in love. He explained everything in detail he even explained that there was a rebate on this car. We were so happy he took his time with us and explained the extended warranty and GAP insurance it has been a long time since we purchased a vehicle so he explained everything in detail. Due to his undivided attention to detail and how kind he was we decided to buy a car from him. Hey ladies he is single! And he is a sweet young man. I could not be happier with my purchase! If I need another car I will definitley see Joey. I HIGHLY recommend him! More
I went into Kelly Jeep on black friday to get an idea of what my trade-in would be worth. I've had my heart set on a Wrangler for a while, but didn't want to take out a big loan. Zack the salesman was extre what my trade-in would be worth. I've had my heart set on a Wrangler for a while, but didn't want to take out a big loan. Zack the salesman was extremely polite and energetic, especially at the end of what I'm sure was an extremely long day. He was very informed about the cars on the lot, and was great during my test drive (It had been a while since I drove manual). After the test drive, he gave me an initial quote, and I asked about my trade in. We decided to run my credit and see what type of deal I could get. Once they ran my credit though, the dynamic changed. I was almost immediatly approached by the manager, who was very bottom line focused. He was a smooth talker, but had no problem doing everything he could to make a deal on the spot. I wasn't prepared to buy a car Friday night, as most of the numbers I had been giving where rough estimates and I hadn't closely evaluated by finances. Zack offered to let me take the car home for the night and come back in the morning. I figured out exactly what I could afford, and went back in the morning. We still werent on the same page, and I tried to back out of the deal. The team insisted on getting me in a Wrangler. I continued to say no until it finally became too good to be true. By not letting me politely leave, I was able to almost double the initial price I was offered for my trade in, reduce the terms on my loan, remove the downpayment, and keep the price where I felt comfortable. The deal was extremely fair, and I don't think I could have gotten better terms anywhere else. But I was upset that before I knew it, I had spent almost 5 hours between two day negoitiating, and by the end, was so mentally exhausted, I had forgotten almost all of the features of the jeep! After a couple of days, I was upset because I wasn't sure what I had even paid for. The team did little to show me the true value of the car. I would only recommend Kelly if you are confident in your finaces and have a good idea of what you want to purchase. This team will do anything to strike a deal. More

First of all let me begin by saying what an amazing experience this was! It was the first time ever in my life when purchasing a vehicle that I felt that the sales person (Joseph Ali) was really there experience this was! It was the first time ever in my life when purchasing a vehicle that I felt that the sales person (Joseph Ali) was really there to help me! Joseph went out of his way to assist me and within only a few hours Joseph delivered to me and my wife the vehicle and the monthly payment that we were looking for! We came in without many expectations because other dealers after wasting many hours of our time at the end they said they could not help us! Joseph really came through and proved that he only wanted what was best for us! We still can't believe how smooth Joseph made this entire process and experience for us! Joe was a very friendly salesperson, who approached us while we were looking at vehicles while our Buick LaCrosse was being serviced. We really had no intention of purchasing another vehicle that day, bu while we were looking at vehicles while our Buick LaCrosse was being serviced. We really had no intention of purchasing another vehicle that day, but we liked a particular Dodge pick-up truck there and later that day, we did purchase the pick-up. Joe was not a "pushy" sales person...he was helpful in supplying information about the vehicle as well as giving us financing info. Husband even drove the vehicle to our home so that I would be able to get a ride in it when we took it back to the dealership. We were very happy w/the overall experience of purchasing a used vehicle at Kelly Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We have been dealing w/Kelly Buick (also part of this dealership) for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them. More
My husband and I had a very bad experience with the several years ago at Kelly but the Dozer orange Wrangler really caught our attention. We were greeted by Christian who happily opened up the vehicle for us to view. He asked if we like to drive it and took us on a long test drive on the highway as well as up the mountain and on the back roads. Now we were prepared to leave the dealership due to our previous experience with the sales staff but Christian really saw we liked the vehicle and wanted to work with us. He introduced us to Larry, the sales manager, and after some discussion we were able to drive our new Wrangler home. We are pleased with the deal we got and the honesty in the price that was presented to us. We knew what our GMC Sierra's value was and what we wanted to leave with. We are both very pleased by how Kelly has new sales staff who want to help you get the vehicle you want. We also had two great service experiences with both the GMC and Chrysler sides in the past year which helped change our mind about this dealership as well.
