I have bought quite a few cars over the years and she was the most helpful sales person I have met. Anna went out of her way a year ago when I purchased my new Ram 1500. There was an issue with the plates Anna offered to drive 200 miles to a job site with the plates if they didn’t come in from Harrisburg when they were promised and I know she would have. I just purchased a used Jeep Liberty from Kelly and once again I got Anna as a sales person and she showed me a Liberty that was in awesome shape, both cosmetically and mechanically, with low miles. I couldn’t believe the price was as low as it was for the miles and shape it was in. My new wife loves it and Anna addressed all her questions and concerns. I was also able to purchase a low cost extended transferable warranty that will serve as piece of mind for my wife for many years to come. I would also like to give kudos to Mike in the finance department for knowing his stuff and being able to offer you affordable financing and additional products and services that make life that much easier when it comes to dealing with vehicle maintenance. I am a guy that has always bought used cars, so when my current car was about to die from old age and high mileage, it was time to go car shopping. As I drove down the Lehigh Street automile - 2 days after Hurricane Sandy kicked the tar out of Allentown - the Kelly Chrysler/Jeep dealership was the only dealership open, even though they, too, were without power. As I walked around their used car lot, Joe Brader came outside to offer some help. I told him that I needed a car quickly, as my current car was on its last legs. I told him that none of the cars on their used lot interested me, so he asked what my needs were. I shared I was on a budget, I wanted a gas friendly vehicle, and needed something dependable and attractive. After he began talking to me about leasing a new car, I was skeptical, and frankly, I considered driving off because I thought Joe might be more interested in getting a sale than helping me find a car.But because he was very patient, did not become aggressive with his sales approach, listened to my needs and found a solution that I had never really considered in the past, I stuck around and listened to what he had to say. And when I walked on the new car lot, and saw one car that really caught my eye (and thought I could not afford), Joe talked me though the benefits of a lease and that I could get this great car and still remain within my budget. And much to my surprise and satisfaction, it all worked out, and I drove away with an awesome new car. About a week later, Joe called me just to ask how the car was doing, and if I was happy with the purchase. I assured him that I was very happy - and he left it with an open invitation to call on him if I ever would have problems with the car, or with service.
