Terrell specifically went out of his way to ensure that my wife was able to participate in the sales process - she couldn't come with me to the dealer, so Terrell decided that we'd bring the car to her (directly to our house) so she could see it. I really appreciated Terrell's honesty during this process as well as his stellar attitude. Terrell and the team eventually found exactly the car we were looking for (not on the lot) and brought it in from out of state.
