Friendly and knowledgeable C.D. was friendly when I arrived and showed me the vehicle I was looking for. I took it for a test drive and liked the vehicle. Being the first place I stop, I continued to shop around. Thinking I was getting a better deal elsewhere, I purchased from a different dealership. The day after I purchased my vehicle, C.D. reached out and asked how my search was going. I thanked him for his time and told him I bought from a different place; he congratulated me and wished me well. During my 7 day return window, I found little things that were wrong with the vehicle not disclosed by the other dealership. I went back to Kelly ford with my wife and found C.D., he took us for another test drive and my wife immediately fell in love with the vehicle. We were able to return the first vehicle to the other dealership and seamlessly purchase from C.D and kelly ford the day after our test drive. C.D. and his team had all the paperwork ready to sign when I walked in and I was able to drive away with a happy wife in about an hour. My wife was also very happy with the ginormous blue balloon C.D. gave her. More
Very accommodating I use Kelly Ford in Melbourne, Fl for all my maintenance on my F150, and most of the time I have my two kids, 5yr and 9yr olds, with me. Cheaply made cars I have a new 2017 mustang GT that I bought at Kelly Ford and the cloth seats are already wearing out, even though the car has 8700 miles. Also assuring the vehicle I purchased was not a junk car clearing any doubts about management or maintenance by their excellent multi point inspection! Chuck Cooper excellent in his management personally sough to get me behind the driver seat in the car I wanted. Mr.Milton fast tracked my cars recalls on the airbags and even fixed a small issue in my seat free of charge due to me just buying the car. That's better than what most car dealers ever do! For all new Drivers I recommend going to this Ford dealer for your first car! To this day my 2007 GT Mustang is the best investment yet! I will be coming back again to deal with Kelly Ford! More

Charlie (the Sales manager) was funny, kind, and also worked with us to get the deal we wanted. I can’t say enough about the staff at this dealership. We were offered drinks, shown lots of vehicles that fit our needs, and were treated like family. I can’t wait to buy our next car and it will certainly come from Kelly Ford! More

I have a lot of respect for that and have turned down other salesman for that reason at different dealerships. He is very personable and listens to the customer needs. After a subsequent visit to the dealership, due to a slight sensor issue, Bob made sure we were completely satisfied with have everything corrected and we were fully satisfied. He communicated everything with us and informed us of updates. I have a great appreciation for Bob's work ethics and would recommend him to all my friends and family More
