Friendly Dealership I started going to Kelly Ford of Melbourne, FL when I needed parts for my 2000 Taurus SEL. In May, the transmission went out and we went down to one I started going to Kelly Ford of Melbourne, FL when I needed parts for my 2000 Taurus SEL. In May, the transmission went out and we went down to one car (a 2010 Fusion). When Ford contacted us about a recall on our Fusion, Kelly Ford helped us get a rental until the parts for the Fusion were available which ended up being around three months. In the meantime, we were casually looking at the used cars when we dropped off the Fusion for repair and were met by Richard (an amazing salesman; no pressure, amicable, fun to be around) who showed us around. My daughter and I fell in love with a 2014 Taurus SHO and I came back later to test drive it. We returned when the Fusion was repaired and test drove the SHO that afternoon. It took some time, but we took the SHO home that night. Thank you to Kelly Ford and Richard. If you go there, look for him specifically!!! More

Stop searching!! You don't need to search anymore! This is the place to buy your car! They are awesome! Sure you could buy a car some other place, but, you sure won't You don't need to search anymore! This is the place to buy your car! They are awesome! If by "chance" you have an issue with your car, you bring it in and they remember you, know your name and treat you very well. They want all of their customers to happy. Charlie, the sales manager is the best! He helps you with everything to make sure you are a happy customer! I have bought 4 cars from them and have been tempted to buy some other place, but never did and never will because I wouldn't be treated like I am at Kelly. You buy some other place and they won't remember you at all. They sold you a car and that's all they want to do. Never make you feel like you are heard. So don't take that chance or hassle. Buy from Kelly Ford and tell Charlie that Chick sent you! You won't be disappointed at all! (The other reviews I read, people just don't get it. They say they had an appointment for an oil change and it took so long, people were standing around not doing anything! Think about it, could it have been that 3 people called out sick that day? And the people just standing around, could that maybe be sales people, detailers, parts dept. people, ect ect? They do what they can with what they have! Just like you and me.) John Alligood was very knowledgeable of the Ford lineup allowing us to make the right selection for our family. Once he knew what we were looking for he found it right down to the color. There were a couple of small issues that arose shortly after delivery of the vehicle. These were quickly resolved to our satisfaction by Charles Algeri-McCarthy, pre-owned vehicle manager. Overall the it was a wonderful stress free experience. My wife is now enjoying her "dream" car. More
