My first visit they told me that I had two recalls and that they would fix both of them. They treated me with such respect and were very honest. I find it hard to find honesty dealing with car dealerships. It was a very pleasant experience. And I will definitely be going back with my business. More
Amazing customer service-used car trade in I went with my husband to attempt to trade his 2012 Mustang in for a 2013 Boss 302. We traveled about 6 hours to the dealership and really just wanted the deal to work out since we traveled all that way. Although he still owed on his current car, everything worked out. The salesman Brent Slater was AMAZING. I have never met a salesman that down to earth and that honest. He was friendly and made sure he took care of us. He offered us snacks and even offered to get us food because he knew we traveled some distance. The entire processes did not take as long as I thought it would've. The Finance manger Johnnie Walsh was extremely cool and easing going. The two of them made sure not only the deal worked out, but made sure we were really taken care off. In the midst of everything, they both looked for hotels in the area for us to stay at and food places for us to try. The finance manager made sure we got the best deal on our hotel. What I liked about this dealership is they were not just trying to sell a car and whatever thats it. I could tell that they genuinely care about their customers. I was able to trust them and everything they were saying. Around Spring of next year if a SRT challenger is sitting on the lot, I would definitely make the trip down there with my husband to purchase for them. He talked to the technician that serviced my truck, and the person that entered the information on the paperwork. My truck was serviced correctly and the issue was a typo. The point being he took the time to insure it was done right and the paperwork was correct. This guy is all about the customer and I appreciate it. And I need to mention Tabby. She was the first smiling face that greeted me. You could not ask for a more customer orientated team. More
