When I decided to buy a new SUV, my husband sent Bob a text with all the information and he quickly got to work. He scheduled a time for us to test drive a vehicle an hour before the dealership opened on a Sunday morning. When we arrived, Bob had already selected and prepared the perfect SUV based on the info we gave him. After a quick test drive, I was sold. An hour later, thanks to the speedy financing with Sandra Smith, I drove off with my new 2018 Ford Explorer which I absolutely LOVE.
