I actually bought it through CarMax but have gotten all my service done thru this dealership. Always feel confident in what they tell me is needed (just got the back brakes fixed) as well as the usual tires rotated and oil change. It's a nicely run Service Dept. (very organized & clean!) and a great surprise is that I saw a Service Rep that I have known for a long time, Milton. He worked at the Mazda dealership when I had a Miata. He's a great guy!! He helped me with current dealership coupons and explained the situation and urgency with the brakes. I've never had to wait or wonder what to do or where to go next. Great communication. I'm a loyalty member and will be a long time customer. More

Our salesman, Casey, was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable of the selected car, a 2017 red mustang convertible. Price was at or slightly below what others were asking. They offered an excellent package of care and maintenance services that I accepted. The package also extended the new car warranty offered with the Ford CPO program. The result is a car that will not have any additional cost other than tires and gas. Thank you Jonnie!! More

Bob showed us all the features, his knowledge and professionalism was amazing. He walked us through the process of buying a car with no pressure or stress. 5 years ago, when I bought my car I traded, I went to Kelly Ford and I told myself I would never go back. Needless to say, I'm very Happy I did when we found this vehicle. The experience was amazing stress free. Tim Vogal made Ford Finacing easy and great competitive rates. Salesman Brent Slater was friendly, sincere and hospitable both through the whole experience and after. There where no surprises with management and finance. Based on my credit info which I verbally supplied Brent he showed me what my interest rate would be and that’s what it was through the end of the deal. Johnnie Walsh in finance was great. She processed tons of paperwork and warranties efficiently and quickly. The manager Chuck Cooper was accommodating. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Only a few minor details on the car to go over with service and hoping there are no surprises there as well. More

Bob Doyle made an immediate impression on us with his knowledge of the car and his professionalism. Since we knew exactly what we want (Ford Escape, leather with BLIS) and the price we were willing to pay, he walked with us around the lot, pointed out the different features between each model. During our test drive and afterward, we felt that he was just there as a friend to help answer our questions and concerns. We bought the car the same day. It was also nice to receive follow up calls from Bob after we took the car home. Three weeks later, we are still fully satisfied with our selection as well as the services provided by Bob Doyle. Our daughter is also looking for a new car, we sure will see more of Bob when the time comes. More
