Charlie - Johnny and Cheryl and Cassandra were great I visited the dealership on a Saturday in February and told them I would bring my wife in on Sunday and the salesperson promised to be there - called I visited the dealership on a Saturday in February and told them I would bring my wife in on Sunday and the salesperson promised to be there - called in sick probably too much fun on Saturday night, we test drove the truck with another rep - explain my situation and what we were doing, nobody took me seriously, they had no idea who I was nobody asked about me and nobody followed up, I went on-line to Ford.com and filled out a custom quote and got a message from Cassandra and she did a wonderful job but there was no-way I was buying from Kelly I was only price shopping then I met Charlie who took an interest in me and found out I was legit, Cheryl took over at this point and was wonderful with on-boarding - Johnnie did a good job - I understand your add-on strategy at the closing hard for people to say NO but you should be upfront about those items and I asked and was never educated much easier and more professional for a buyer to understand than at the last moment - but Johnnie was great and a super help - it is a philosophy that should change - More
