There was an unexpected delay in receiving the repair parts and I had to take my truck home that afternoon to make an important client meeting early the next morning. Upon returning two days later, I was met upon my arrival by Jeremy Collins, the Service Operations Manager. He apologized on behalf of his department for any inconvenience the delay of the repairs may have caused and personally oversaw the follow-up of (3) additional items I had added to the original repair list. Jeremy's attention to detail for all my repair issues completely set aside any and all residual unsatisfactory feelings I may have had and I walked away a 100% satisfied customer. More

They were courteous from the very beginning, remembering my name and introducing themselves. My internet sales rep walked me to the first building and personally introduced me to my salesperson. My salesperson personally introduced me to my finance manager. My sales person was beyond knowledgeable of not only the car I was interested in, but several comparable models as well. Tabby, my salesperson, took every aspect of my life into consideration when walking me through different features and whatnot. When I arrived a few days later to pick up the car, she took the time to pair my phone with the car via bluetooth and she gave me a full walkthrough of each technical feature. Before now, I had a car with zero technology so this was a whole new experience for me. The finance manager was so sweet, patient, and caring. She took the time to explain what every single document was that I was signing and what it meant in a way that I could understand. I am so confident in my decision to purchase this car and I know that I made the right choice working with this dealership. More

On top of it all, I had custom ordered my car with more features than other dealers' cars on their lot and I still save over $4000. I was expecting to pay more since it was a custom order. But, in fact, it was quite the opposite experience. Rob Saslow was the that handled the sale for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. Extremely recommended! I will be going back to him if I need a new Ford! Also want to point out that Jon Powell handled the financing. We signed for one low APR but when the bank didn't want to give the loan for that rate, they found another bank that would for a slightly higher rate. But to compensate for the higher rate, Jon reduced the price of the car to match the original payment plan. I was shocked to see that! More
