This car buying expereince was the best I have ever had. I was in the market for a used Ford dually. I saw one that was on the Kelly Ford website. I called and talked to Jesse and scheduled a time to come lo I was in the market for a used Ford dually. I saw one that was on the Kelly Ford website. I called and talked to Jesse and scheduled a time to come look at the truck. Upon arriving Jesse was tied up with another customer so Bob Doyle offered to assist me. Bob was very helpful and assisted me with all my questions. After the test drive we sat down to talk numbers and Bob got the manager Charlie involved and we were able to come to a fair price for my trade in and agreed on a price for the new (used) truck. I was using outside financing so I was pleasantly surprised when I was allowed to take the new truck home, after writing a check, while my financing went thru. Charlie also agreed to replace the tail gate step cap as it was cracked. I thought that was extremely nice as it was a used truck. At other dealerships I have purchased from in the past it would not have been replaced. I would like to say thank you to Bob and Charlie for this pleasant experience and my new truck. I will definitely recommend Kelly ford and will purchase from them again. More
