We were contacted my Tasha from internet sales to see about upgrading to a newer truck so we figured why not. Tasha introduced us to CD ( CeDarius Williams ). He began to question what our needs were and proceeded to show us some vehicles. He described in detail the workings of each truck we saw and we were very impressed with what we were shown. Once it was determined as to what we wanted he proceeded to work with us on a good deal for us. He worked with his manager to help find solutions to what I thought may be a" Bridge To Far". But to my surprise one of his questions led to having a membership with the DAV. Having this helped me in my quest of owning a new truck. Thank you for asking so many questions in order to get the best deal ever. You worked hard for us and it is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend to my friends and family to visit Kelly Ford and ask for CD for a great buying experience. Incredibly Good! I have owned Dodge Ram trucks for my entire life and this is the first time that I have ever purchased a Ford truck. From the onset, I was introduced I have owned Dodge Ram trucks for my entire life and this is the first time that I have ever purchased a Ford truck. From the onset, I was introduced to Jesse and Vinny telling that I was looking for a new truck. An old friend of mine suggested that I come there (Gerald Grillo) who is also an employee. Gerald introduced me to Jesse and Vinny and within a few hours I drove home in a new Ford truck. Everyone that I encountered was professional, courteous, friendly, and more that informative. Every thing was thoroughly explained and I received what I consider to be a very good deal on a new truck. On the following day, when I returned to have the clear coat applied, I talked with Cheryl Shaton, while I was waiting for the service to be completed. Although she had nothing to do with the prior sale from the previous day, she totally explained the features and technology of the truck. Everyone was extremely helpful and I wish that I had gone to Kelly ford many years ago when I started buying truck. I love the truck and could not have a better more professional, experience. Keep up the good work, Traci I have serviced my car at Kelly Ford since I bought it there in 2011, and it has always been a pleasure working with Ms. Judy Daly and now Traci Daly I have serviced my car at Kelly Ford since I bought it there in 2011, and it has always been a pleasure working with Ms. Judy Daly and now Traci Daly who I entrust my car maintenance with. On December 20, 2017 when I called for an Oil Change appointment, I was told that they were totally booked up for the Holidays. That did not matter to me since I still had 3500 mi. left to go to the next Oil Change. On Dec. 21, 2017 I went to Kelly Ford to have the " Change Oil " light reset. I was greeted by Tabby Collins who immediately noticed a low tire pressure on the left rear tire which had a nail in it. Without any hesitation Traci and Tabby took my car in and took care of my Oil Change. Also fixed the Tire, reset the Light and gave the car a good Vacuum and Wash to boot. Traci has always given me the best of service. It is such superior service and caring like Traci did, that makes Kelly Ford great and a customer come back. Thank you again, Traci! More

He asked several questions to get us the best deal and overall I can not express enough how great the experience was. Honestly this is my FIRST review EVER, I've never been into writing reviews but my experience last night was so great I had to find the time to write this. Everyone else like Chuck and Vinny were very friendly, making sure they offered drinks, massage chair, popcorn etc. Oh and lets not forget the 55' TV that came with our purchase. We were just blown away, I hope one of my friends or family is in need of a car soon so I can refer them to Kelly's Ford and especially to Jesse.
