He made sure to engage my Wife and keep her in the Conversation and the entire experience. This made my Wife really happy as most Salesmen seem to ignore her or focus on me. when he Was out of the Office he directed us to talk with Phil who was a great help. Phil followed up after the purchase with an email and asked how the explorer was. He made sure to mention my Wife and our Dog Zoey by name. They made us feel comfortable and no stress. Communicating with the Salesmangers Vinny and Charlie i did not feel like they were Pushing or Hammering us to Buy. They found the Right Explorer for us and we were on our way as happy Customers.
