Interesting Experience I am sure they all found us to be a challenging experience. We knew what we wanted but did not realize the F-150 we picked from inventory was not curr I am sure they all found us to be a challenging experience. Customer Service Review I am so thankful for meeting Fred Gwin, I had almost given up hope on Ford being able to fix my truck. My truck had been in on several occasions at an I am so thankful for meeting Fred Gwin, I had almost given up hope on Ford being able to fix my truck. My truck had been in on several occasions at another dealership for a noise coming from the vehicle, they replaced part after part with no results. So I contacted Ford about the issue, and they told me to take my truck to Kelly Ford. I understand that sometimes it’s hard to duplicate the problem for the mechanics, but Fred was patient and listened to my story of what the vehicle had been through. He asked all the right questions and told me that my truck was “In good hands” and assured me he would get the issue resolved. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from Fred informing me that my truck was ready for my inspection, to my delight the noise was gone!! Fred you’re my hero and thank you to your amazing team!! More

The Salesman CD Williams greeted us with a warm smile but not pushy which is off-putting when looking for a vehicle. Mr. Williams was very patient as we looked over our options and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We decided on the Ford Explorer XLT but the options my wife wanted on the vehicle wasn't available at the Kelly Dealership. Mr. Williams and Vinny ensured us that the vehicle could be located and available for pickup the following Monday. There were some transport issues but they were true to their word and delivered the vehicle for pickup on Monday evening as promised. We have purchased over 10 new vehicles over the years. Our experience at Kelly Ford ranks in the Top 5. Easy, no hassle sales experience and very helpful. We would highly recommend going to Kelly Ford for your next vehicle purchase. Traci Daly is excellent I moved to the area in the summer of 2015 and had the good fortune to meet Traci for maintenance of my 2011 Ford Escape.
