Best car buying experience ever I was offered one vehicle but couldn't handle the Recaro seats. Didn't like the other Mustangs on site so I said if you could get me one of those, poi I was offered one vehicle but couldn't handle the Recaro seats. Phi Pettus def went out of his way to get me the absolute best deal, hands down ever, on my dream car... in my dream color. My son finally got the vehicle with help of a co-signer due to it was his first loan being 23 and not having a established credit , we almost didn't get the car we went the next day and return the car. I never thought that the finance dept Sandy trying to find us a lender for my son and finally Charlie the Manager step in and help us get this vehicle now, my son is establishing his credit and in one year of him making payments he can refinance and have the loan on his name and get better credit. Brent Slater "Sales Associate" was the best great personality had patience with us and did all he could to have my son drive off in his vehicle. Bought a car for my wife. I found a 2007 Mustang convertible on-line that was exactly what my wife was looking for. I called the dealership to see if the car was still availabl I found a 2007 Mustang convertible on-line that was exactly what my wife was looking for. I called the dealership to see if the car was still available and that I would like to come and see it. They said that it was still there and that they would hold it there for me for the day because it would take me about an hour to get there. When I arrived, the salesman, Jesse, was very courteous and extremly helpful in going over the entire car with me to check the mechanical and electrical integrity of the car. After some negotiating with the sales mangers, I bought the car for a fair price and traded in my wife's car. Because the car was for my wife, she wanted the small loan and title to be in her name. But to do so, she had to sign all of the paperwork. The salesman followed me home an hour away to let my wife sign all of the paper work and delivered the car to her personally. She was extremely happy to get the car that she wanted and delivered to our home. Overall , we had a great car buying experience from the entire staff at Kelly Ford. More
