Vinnie, Charles as well as Jeff Leggee. Its hard to name all the employees as everyone was eager to assist. If your looking for a vehicle I recommend the Kelly team. I received a call from Cheryl later in the week after the sale to make sure I didn't have any unanswered questions or needed help with any of the accessories functions. Truly a good experience through out the process. More

No pressure sales from Jesse Sheridan and the sales manager, Charlie Algieri-McCarthy helped with the modifications to the sales quote and my last minute requests. Overall I was very pleased with the purchase experience. My dad recommended I call Jesse Sheridan since he dealt with him and had a good experience after purchasing his new 2017 Ford F150 XLT a few months ago. Jon Powell helped us with the difficult decisions of extended warranties, paint protection, etc. He provided real world scenarios that we related to and like my dad we made the decision to go with the extended warranty and paint/upholstery protection. Excellent Experience I was buying a new truck as a retirement present to myself. I went to Kelly Ford and was met by the salesman Brent Slater. We showed not long before t I was buying a new truck as a retirement present to myself. I went to Kelly Ford and was met by the salesman Brent Slater. We showed not long before the dealership closed and despite that Brent was attentive, answered all my questions. My wife and I left the dealership and both agreed that Brent was knowledgeable and not pushy. Over the next couple days we decided on one of the F150's that Brent showed us. Every question or request was handled wonderfully. The next step was financing and Jon Powell took his time and explained all of the options and warranties. During this entire process, the Manager, Charlie McCarthy made sure that I was satisfied and happy. The Customer Relations Manager, Cheryl Shaton, spent an hour with me going over all of the different gadgets in the truck. All in all, I really appreciated the attitudes of all of the employees I dealt with during this purchase. More

We explained to CD Williams and Vinnie Amore exactly we were looking for and they found our car immediately and had it shipped in in one day. We picked it up the next day and we love it. Sandra in financing was very helpful with financing as well as extended warranties and service that fit our needs. My husband and I have purchased many cars in our lives and this was the most pleasant experience we have had so far with any dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
