regular service our Ford Escape is 2 years old. all the periodic service has been done by Kelly Ford. After a rear-ender last year, my insurance co had it repaired our Ford Escape is 2 years old. all the periodic service has been done by Kelly Ford. After a rear-ender last year, my insurance co had it repaired by the local Buick/GMC dealer. they did good work, but couldn't repair the foot operated lift hatch. took it to Kelly, they repaired it and billed the Buick dealership. Kelly's service writers and maintenance technicians are great, so are the sales people. The whole operation at Kelly is superb, including the coffee bar and popcorn. More

Normally I like to see and test drive what I'm buying, but there were no Explorer Platinum's in my area so I had to look elsewhere. I found a nice one, at a great dealership, Kelly Ford. The pricing was fair, the vehicle looked great, and since they had so many great reviews from other customers, I figured I would take a gamble and buy it with out taking the trip to Florida and seeing it. Well, no gamble here, it was everything they said it would be, actually more, since they put on two new tires without telling me! And I cant say enough about Brent. I know he didn't make a lot of money on this deal, but you wouldn't know it the way he kept me up to date on everything, processed all the paperwork, and made sure the vehicle was safely delivered to my front door! Super friendly and super professional! Thanks!!!! More

Everytime I came back to Kelly Ford, Cedarius (CD) Williams greeted me with a genuine smile and helpful but never pushy attitude. He patiently answered my endless guestions and endured my test drives in several Ford Explorers and Ford Edges. He helped me weed through endless options and package choices until I knew exactly what options suited me best. In the past I have described my car buying experience to be "like shoving a rusty nail in my eye". At every visit back to Kelly Ford, Mr. CD Williams always remembered me and what I had liked best about the Edge. He made car shopping an exciting experience with lots of possibilities.
