Great Experience I have been a Ford owner since 1988 when I bought my 1st Ford, a Taurus. This purchase was my 5th Ford, and for the 1st time I leased the car. I have to say that this was the smoothest transaction that I have been through. I had indicated to the dealership before what I was interested in, and they had the 3 vehicles lined up together when I had arrived. It was nice not to have to walk all around to look at different cars. Phil Pettus was my sales agent and he walked me through all of the details of leasing and identified the differences between leasing and outright purchase. The hand-offs to the others on the team were seamless. I am extremely happy with my new sweet ride! Everyone was extremely friendly and made us comfortable throughout the ordeal. More
