When I went back for a test drive he really took the time to show me multiple configurations for the model I wanted. Doug was great with explaining options for financing, again, never making me feel pressured. All the staff was friendly and easygoing. Sandy in finance took the time to explain all the paperwork as we moved along. I have lived in the area for 14 years and have purchased several cars from several dealerships. This was hands-down one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in car buying. More

Very disappointed! Just recently purchased a 2017 used vehicle with 10,000 miles. After having it for 3 days, discovered the front bumper had been re-painted. When I contacted the dealership to find the reason behind the repair (it had a clean Carfax), they could not provide an answer. Gave me a bogus answer. Makes me think they are being dishonest. Not a good feeling when spending $40K on a truck! When I mentioned we had a few items that needed repair - told me to take to a local dealer for repairs. I feel like they were totally brushing me off. When I called the salesman as I needed the factory code to program some items, he brushed it off and said to take it and have it hooked up to a machine at my cost. When I called the sales manager to express my disappointment, he promised me he would call me back within 24 hours with my factory code and info on the bumper. Its been a month and NO CALL!! Do NOT trust this dealership. More

I have nothing but absolute praise for the staff. I believe I have had the great fortune to have Traci Daly as my service advisor all three times. She is great.
