Doug was great with explaining options for financing, again, never making me feel pressured. All the staff was friendly and easygoing. Very disappointed! Just recently purchased a 2017 used vehicle with 10,000 miles. After having it for 3 days, discovered the front bumper had been re-painted. When I contacted the dealership to find the reason behind the repair (it had a clean Carfax), they could not provide an answer. Gave me a bogus answer. Makes me think they are being dishonest. Not a good feeling when spending $40K on a truck! When I mentioned we had a few items that needed repair - told me to take to a local dealer for repairs. I feel like they were totally brushing me off. When I called the salesman as I needed the factory code to program some items, he brushed it off and said to take it and have it hooked up to a machine at my cost. When I called the sales manager to express my disappointment, he promised me he would call me back within 24 hours with my factory code and info on the bumper. Its been a month and NO CALL!! Do NOT trust this dealership. More
