I had an issue in March 2017 with some debris doing damage to my rim. The sales manager Charlie went above and beyond in seeing that it got fixed. He was friendly and helpful and took the stress out of the situation. We will definitely always recommend Kelly Ford. We will be purchasing our next car from them when the time comes. More

They were extremely professional. Made sure that I liked the vehicle before I bought it and went through the car in detail on all the different electronic aspects of the car. There was no pushy sales pitch. Listened to what I wanted and what I could afford for monthly payments and worked at finding a vehicle that I could afford and what I was happy with. At each part of the sale, each employee explained what was happening and what was to be expected. Would highly recommend Kelly Ford to anyone looking for a new/used car. More
