Terry answered all of my questions honestly and had our new Escape ready for our test drive when we arrived at the dealership. Chuck helped explain the ins and outs of the Ford rebates and dealer discount. Everyone at the dealership was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. The folks at Kelly never let is sit alone while we were negotiating and closing the purchase. Sandy in Finance was super organized and efficient with producing our finance documents. We needed to visit the dealer the morning after our purchase to change our state registration information. Carlos jumped in in Sandy's absence and got me on my way in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Kelly Ford and Terry Shea in particular if you are interested in a Ford vehicle. More

Kelly Ford had several of the models I was interested in trying so my son and I decided to stop by. We were greeted by salesman Reggie Morton who assisted us and found a car we were interested in. Reggie was very easy to work with and along with Carlos Arciniegas secured my financing and I drove home with an hour or so in my new car. Never owned a Ford before and love it! More

Today we took delivery of a new Ford F150 and our sales person was John Alligood and he went beyond just the sale to make us happy. Great Customer Service from Management The service technician "strongly recommended" that I get a “rear differential service” performed on my F-150 while it was already in the shop for brak The service technician "strongly recommended" that I get a “rear differential service” performed on my F-150 while it was already in the shop for brake work. It cost $200 extra dollars. The owner’s manual says this should be done every 150,000 miles! My truck only had 49,000 miles on it... After posting this review, I was contacted by Bobby Brown, who apologized for the mishap and refunded me for the improper service that was performed on my truck. I really appreciate the great customer service! More

(Mild Cognitive Impairment due to the death of my husband recently and added stress from selling our pool home), he was very patient with my every concern and need.
