Another Grerat Buying Experience I purchased another new vehicle from Kelly Ford over 4th of Juy Weekend. The staff and level of service is outstanding. Phil Pettus is not your typica I purchased another new vehicle from Kelly Ford over 4th of Juy Weekend. The staff and level of service is outstanding. Phil Pettus is not your typical pushy salesman, he is extremely helpful and really worked hard to help me find the right F-150 I was looking for. It was clear to me that Phil was not just trying to push me into a vehicle to make a sale, but really wanted to get me into right vehicle that I would be happy with. Phil also worked hard to find all possible rebates to get me the best price possible. My first vehicle purchased from Phil at Kelly Ford was so easy, I actually thought it was a fluke and I got lucky, but I was pleasantly surprised that my second purchase was just as easy as the first. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and super helpful and that includes Cheryl Shaton who spends plenty of time going over all the details and set-up of a the new vehicle. More

First to see what she won and the second was to test drive a Fiesta. When we arrived there a very pushy salesman approached us taking the promotion and telling us to sit down by his desk. I told him that we just wanted to see what she had won but he just said well it will not hurt to sit down at that desk. He then opened the computer and spent time asking questions and typing information. He finally gave us the gift card we won. At that point we left and did not ask to test drive anything as we knew we did not want to deal with him any more. On July 4th we decided to go to Kelly Ford to see about test driving a Fiesta. Jerry met us in the parking area where the Fiesta’s were. We went to a test drive and let Jerry know we were not at this point looking to buy a new car as we had a 2015 Focus we had bought in December. During and just after the test drive Jerry explained many of the features of the car. As the test drive ended Jerry asked if he could put together something just to see what it would cost. We said why not. When came back with a proposal we were pleasantly surprised as to what it would cost and decided to buy it. If Jerry had been the least bit pushy he would not have made that sale. After the sale Jerry got into the back seat of the car to again go over the features of the car. He also programmed my wife’s cell phone to work in the car (no one ever programmed her cell to work in the 2015 Focus). I would recommend Jerry to other people looking to purchase a car. More

Tristan in his friendly, not pushy, great listener, answering my thousand questions, and the car was in my price range - asked "would you like to test drive the car?". I declined. Yes, I test drove the car, he even let me sit in the back seat (LOL!). Guess what- I brought my dream car. Thank you Tristan Palmer!!!! More

I had purchased a 2015 Focus from a different dealer in December, which was the vehicle I traded for the 2016. Jerry took the time to show us about the many features on the new car. He also set up my wife's cell phone to work in the car. No one at the other dealership showed us how to use the cell phone with the other car. After the sale of the car and before we left Jerry go into the back seat and walked us through many of the things about the car. More
Finally A Dealership That Cares I just had my first experience with Kelly Ford and could not believe the customer service. This dealership has the best customer service I have ever seen. I traded in my car and got a great price. I bought a new GT premium and had a supercharger installed. There was a couple issues with my paint and they handled it with no issues and the body shop did a fantastic job. The biggest thing was I did not find the paint issues, they did. I was getting ready to leave after my mustang purchase and the car had just been detailed. They pointed it out to me and said don't worry we will take care of this. That is a dealership with integrity and honesty. The supercharger installation was awesome. The mechanic did a fantastic job. I did not know exactly which supercharger to buy and they took me step by step to help upgrade my mustang. The fiancé manager I dealt with was very professional. The dealer manager was polite and professional. I recommend this dealership 100% and any person who chooses otherwise is making a mistake. Great people! My salesman Phil did more for me than any other salesman I have dealt with in the past. He took care of the car, updating me on my supercharger progress and checking in on the couple paint issues they found. Do yourself a favor and go by Kelly Ford. You will not regret it! More

Again, this car buying experience a Kelly Ford was an exceptional. After having bought three carts from other Dealers and car brands this has by far being the best car buying experience. More
