He wasn't pushy and didn't try to rush me or steer me to one vehicle or another. He was very honest and helpful and made both experiences fun and enjoyable! Charlie McCarthy the Sales Manager was very helpful and always very much involved in the process to ensure that all went well and that I got every consideration with my purchase. Carlos Arciniegas the Finance Manager worked very hard to get me the best financing and was very organized, pleasant and again, fun to work with. Then Cheryl Shaton the customer service representative was so helpful in explaining how to operate all the features of the vehicle and said to call her or stop by with any questions.
